Information this service processes
Normal server logs may record an IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and security events. Public Upload can process a phone number for OTP verification together with the submitted song title, artist names, category, artwork and optional message.
For a premium purchase, the service records the buyer name and verified phone number, internal purchase ID, Razorpay order and payment identifiers, payment status, download count and expiry. Card, bank or UPI credentials are entered through the payment provider and are not stored as song metadata on this server.
How information is used
Information is used to operate downloads, verify uploads and payments, prevent abuse, provide purchase support, maintain an audit trail and improve reliability. Buyer identity is visible only in the authorised admin area and is never written into an MP3 file.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Session cookies are used for secure administrator access and upload verification. Analytics or advertising providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their published privacy practices. Browser controls can be used to limit optional cookies.
Retention and disclosure
Submission, payment, purchase and security records are retained for service support, fraud prevention and legitimate accounting or legal needs. Information may be disclosed to infrastructure or payment providers when required to deliver the service, or when disclosure is required by law. Personal information is not embedded in downloadable audio.
Security and choices
Reasonable access controls, numeric media storage and private premium directories are used to reduce exposure, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. To ask about correction or deletion of personal information, use the Contact page. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
Children
This service is not intended to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact the administrator.
